Dynamic Evaluation

Dynamic evaluation is: the evaluation of dynamic, i.e. changing, systems; the evaluation of something in the face of changing conditions or a changing environment; the evaluation of something in the face of changing goals and changing basic knowledge about the phenomenon; evaluation by a system capable to learn. This means that dynamic evaluation is a kind of evaluation in which either the object or the method of evaluation is changing and dynamic.
